Hanjiang Park, located in Renmin Street of Hanjiang District, is also known as Putian Hanjiang people's Park. It is a comprehensive park with relatively concentrated leisure and entertainment for local residents.

Hanjiang park is the first comprehensive park in Hanjiang District of Putian City. Because it is located in Renmin Street, it is also called Hanjiang people's Park. Hanjiang park can be said to be a landmark in the urban area. However, due to the long construction time, the original facilities in the park are old, some garden roads are damaged, and the greening plants are also messy. To this end, the government of Hanjiang District will invest more than 10 million yuan to clean up the river, build new hydrophilic footpaths and improve the landscape of the park. Six new pavilions of different styles will be added to Hanjiang people's park after upgrading. In addition, the park will start from beihuancheng road in the north and zhuopo stone bridge in the park in the south to build a new 500 meter long Riverside Park Phase I greenway landscape project.

At present, Hanjiang District government has invested more than 2 million yuan to complete the first phase of the people's Park's walk, public toilet, children's activity center, gate court, wooden trestle, add safety monitoring system, garden road lamp, landscape pavilion, hydrophilic platform and other facilities, and re plan the park's greening, planting more than 6000 trees and shrubs, laying more than 50000 square meters of lawn, and building a riverside landscape green park Road 2 km, the transformation area of about 80 mu. The second phase of Binhe Road (Gongyuan road Fuxia Road) is under intensive construction. The project covers an area of 130 Mu and plans to invest more than 10 million yuan to build a 2.2 km greenway with public toilets, landscape pavilions, bicycle rental and other service facilities.
