Website introduction: the predecessor of Hangzhou Normal University can be traced back to the Zhejiang two-level official normal school founded in 1908. It was renamed Zhejiang provincial first normal school in 1913 and established Hangzhou Normal University with the approval of the State Council in 1978. Since 2000, Hangzhou Institute of education and Hangzhou Medical College have been merged into Hangzhou Normal University. In 2007, it was renamed Hangzhou Normal University.
