Production steps:
Step 1: make water in the pot, boil the water, blanch the fresh rice flour, remove the cold water and set aside.
Step 2: cut the black pepper steak into strips and set aside; wash the garlic, cut off and set aside.
Step 3: put a little oil in the pot. When the oil is 50% hot, stir fry the beef strips until the color changes slightly. Take out and set aside.
Step 4: leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the drained fresh rice flour and stir fry for a while, add the raw and old soy sauce and continue to stir fry. After stir fry evenly, add the fried beef and garlic, add a little salt, stir fry evenly and then out of the pot

Note: 1. No fresh rice flour can be replaced by dry rice flour, just boil the dry rice flour to 8 mature before frying; 2. Any other meat can be used to replace beef; 3. It is recommended to use non stick pot to fry rice flour, which will neither be broken nor stick to pot; 4. It is recommended to use chopsticks instead of shovels to operate
