Heping community, established in July 2002, is located in the central urban area of Xinjiangkou Town, with Minzhu Avenue Sanxiang in the north, Philips Avenue in the south, TIYU road in the East and Minzhu Avenue in the west, covering an area of 2.1 square kilometers. At present, there are 7 community resident units and 14 restructured enterprises. There are 12 residents' groups with a total population of 1149 households and 5469 people, including 275 party members and 5 party branches. At present, there are 4 staff members, a community literature and art team and 15 community volunteers. The community has two activity places, one gate court, two residential quarters and 113 buildings. It has set up a 10 person consultation committee, a public opinion survey Committee, a group organization of workers, youth and women, and a series of supporting organizations such as community police room and community clinic to meet the needs of the broad masses of residents.
