Located in Manzhouli. This is the 41st boundary pillar on the Sino Russian border at the end of the Sino Russian border survey in August 1994. Before 1993, this location was a mixed channel for passengers and goods in trade between China and Russia. With the development of Sino Russian trade and the increasing volume of goods, a new highway port was built in 1993. There is No. 41 boundary pillar between Manchuria and Russia.
