Zhongxuan tower is located on the southeast corner of Xiangyang City in Xiangfan, Hubei Province. It was built in memory of Wang can, a poet in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, who wrote "Ode to climbing a tower" in Xiangyang. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, there were frequent wars. Jingzhou under Liu Biao was relatively peaceful. A large number of literati went to Xiangyang, and Wang can was one of them. Although Wang can and Liu Biao are fellow villagers and friends, they are not valued in politics. He often wrote poems in this book, which is where the ode to climbing the tower was written. The original building has been destroyed. It was restored on the original site in 1993, with double eaves resting on the top of the mountain. ?
