Inner Mongolia ethnic Preschool Teachers College

The predecessor of Inner Mongolia ethnic preschool normal college is the YIKEZHAO Mongolian normal college, which was established in 1980. In 1989, with the approval of the people's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, it was rebuilt into Inner Mongolia ethnic Preschool Normal College, and began to recruit students for the whole autonomous region. In 2000, it merged with Yikezhaomeng art school and hung two brands of "Inner Mongolia ethnic preschool normal school" and "Ordos ethnic art school". The general name of the school is "Inner Mongolia ethnic preschool normal art school", which includes two categories of preschool normal school and art education. In March 2011, it moved to Tiexi science and Technology Education Park in Dongsheng District as a whole, becoming a secondary normal school with first-class basic conditions in Inner Mongolia. In November 2012, Inner Mongolia ethnic preschool normal school was upgraded to Inner Mongolia ethnic preschool normal college.

The campus covers an area of 300 mu, with a building area of 91356 square meters and 14 buildings in teaching and living areas. At present, the school has 72 teaching classes, with more than 2600 students and 216 teaching staff, including 46 senior lecturers and 48 state-level psychological counselors.

It mainly cultivates kindergarten teachers with college and secondary education, dance and music professionals, and on-the-job training for kindergarten teachers. Mongolian and Chinese classes are offered for all majors. The scope of enrollment is Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai and other "eight Association" provinces, and Shaanxi, Shanxi and other neighboring provinces.

The school is one of the experimental bases of educational science research in Inner Mongolia, and the Ordos ethnic art school is an autonomous and international key secondary vocational school.
