Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Management Cadre College

Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Management Cadre College is the Party School of Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation General Administration, Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation teachers training college, Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation radio and Television University, Heilongjiang reclamation agricultural radio and television school, Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Management Cadre College, which is under the Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation General Administration. The predecessor of the Party School of the general administration is the cadre school of Heilongjiang state farm established by Heilongjiang State Farm Bureau in Xiangfang District of Harbin in 1972. In 1976, Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps abolished and established Heilongjiang Provincial General Administration of state farms. The farm cadre school was subordinate to the Provincial General Administration of farms, and was changed into the Party School of the Provincial General Administration of farms in 1983. In 1997, the Provincial General Administration of farms was renamed as the provincial General Administration of agricultural reclamation, and the Party school was subsequently renamed as the Party School of the General Administration of agricultural reclamation. The predecessor of the Institute is Heilongjiang Institute of education of agricultural reclamation. It was established in 1982. When it was established, it was co operated with the then farm cadre school and the later Party School of the general administration. In 1998, it was changed into the Institute of teacher training. Established in 1982 in Liuhe County, Qing'an County, Heilongjiang Province, the management cadre college was adjusted to Harbin City in 1993 by the decision of the Party committee of the General Administration and the approval of the provincial government, and co operated with the Party school and Education College of the general administration. Established in Jiamusi City in 1982, RTVU and Agricultural Broadcasting School moved to Harbin City in 1998 with the decision of the Party committee of the General Administration and the approval of the provincial government, and co operated with the Party School of the general administration. According to the needs of the five schools, the General Administration of the people's Republic of China reported to the Ministry of agriculture for a project. A new campus was built in Huanghe Road, Nangang District. At the end of 2001, the five schools moved to the current site. After running the school, the five schools have implemented an internal management system of one leading group, one set of institutions, resource sharing, integration and separation, and integrated operation. There are five school level leaders. At present, there are 11 departments including office, Party committee work department, finance department, information network center, educational administration department, library, general affairs department, Education Department of Party school, Education Department of TVU Agricultural Broadcasting School, teaching and Research Department of teacher training, and Education Department of cadre college. There are 183 teaching staff, including 101 teachers. Among the teachers, there are 10 full professors, 40 associate professors and 48 lecturers. The school covers an area of 24427 square meters, with a total area of 34994 square meters. There are 4 large classrooms, 13 Standard classrooms, 1 multimedia classroom, 3 computer laboratories, 1 voice room, 1 Accounting Simulation Laboratory, 1 multi-function hall, 1 Teacher's electronic lesson preparation room, 70 cadre training dormitories, 120 student dormitories, 1 cadre training restaurant and 1 student canteen. There are campus regional network and satellite ground receiving system for Distance Teaching of the Central Party school Stop. Teaching and living facilities are relatively complete and advanced. The library has a collection of more than 100000 books.
