GUANGXI ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT CADRE COLLEGE

Guangxi Economic Management Cadre College was founded in May 1951. Its predecessor was the training class for administrative cadres in Guangxi Province. During this period, it underwent changes and was renamed in July 1983. The college is a state-run comprehensive university focusing on training all kinds of economic management talents. It integrates human resources colleges, higher vocational colleges and cadre training bases. It is a training college for leading cadres of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises designated by the former State Economic and Trade Commission, and also a college with higher education enrollment qualification approved by the Ministry of education. In the past 60 years, especially in the past 30 years, it has trained more than 50000 talents for the country. In recent years, it has been rated as "excellent school of higher education evaluation" by the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. At present, there are more than 440 in-service teaching staff, among which teachers with high and intermediate professional titles account for about 70% of full-time teachers; there are about 10000 registered students, including nearly 8000 full-time students.
