Manzhouli Russian vocational college is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the people's Government of the autonomous region and registered by the Ministry of education in 2010. It is located in Manzhouli City, the largest land port in China. In 2010, it officially recruited Higher Vocational College Students under the national plan. Now we have applied Russian, international economy and trade, tourism management, financial management and practice, art design and other majors.

Manzhouli is adjacent to Russia in the north and Mongolia in the West. It is known as the "window of Asia". It has won the titles of "national civilized port", "China's excellent tourist city", "national civilized city" and "China's charming city".
