Xiangxi vocational and technical college for nationalities is a public full-time ordinary university, which is approved by Hunan Provincial People's government and put on record by the Ministry of education. It is a deputy department level institution. It is sponsored and managed by the people's Government of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and the educational business is managed by the Provincial Department of education. The enrollment is mainly in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture and Zhangjiajie City, facing Hunan, radiating Fujian, Henan, Chongqing, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Hebei and other provinces.
