Harbin Flight College of PLA Air Force

Harbin Flight College of the air force of the people's Liberation Army was merged from the first flight college and the third Flight College of the air force of the people's Liberation Army in April 2012. It is a Junior Command College, located in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. The academy is one of the first two flight academies opened to the outside world by the air force. Military officers and leaders from more than 30 countries have visited the Academy for many times.

At present, the academy is commanding the overall situation with the CMC's strategic policy in the new period, further deepening the teaching reform, innovating in inheritance, developing in reform, and actively exploring the new mode of education and training in the new period based on the principle of invigorating training with science and technology and putting efficiency first, so as to promote the comprehensive construction of the academy to a new level.
