Ningxia judicial police vocational college is a full-time college approved by the Ministry of justice and the people's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and registered by the Ministry of education. The college is located in the College Park on Xueyuan East Road, Xixia District, Yinchuan City, covering an area of 346 mu, with convenient transportation, beautiful environment and perfect teaching and living facilities. In addition to full-time education, the college also has four brands: Ningxia Correspondence Center of China University of political science and law, Ningxia counseling center of all China Lawyers Correspondence Center, Ningxia judges training college and Ningxia judicial cadre training center, and has set up Shandong campus in Dongying, Shandong Province. The college is a pilot unit of recruitment and training system reform of national political and legal colleges determined by 11 ministries and commissions including the central political and legal commission. It is one of the first batch of Demonstration Higher Vocational Colleges in the autonomous region determined by Ningxia Education Department, and is the cadre education and training base of Ningxia judicial administration system.

At present, the college is a public institution at the level of deputy department under the management of Ningxia Department of justice. It has seven administrative organizations, including party and government office, political department, planning and finance department, educational administration department, Student Department, general affairs department, adult education and training department, and eight departments, including applied law department 1, applied law department 2, criminal justice department, judicial information technology management department, technical secondary school department, basic department, practical teaching department and library There are more than 220 teaching staff, including more than 120 teachers and more than 30 associate professors. The college now enrolls students from 11 provinces (autonomous regions and cities) in Ningxia, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Hebei, Inner Mongolia and Sichuan. There are more than 2300 full-time students in the college, nearly 4000 students in correspondence education and self-taught examination, and more than 1000 person times of training each year.
