PLA Academy of Art
Founded in 1960, the Art College of the PLA is the only multidisciplinary and comprehensive art college of the PLA. It is responsible for training literary and artistic talents, cultural management cadres and conducting military literature and art research for the whole army. There are 6 departments and 19 majors in literature, drama, music, dance, cultural management and fine arts, forming an education system in which graduate, undergraduate and secondary education are integrated, and training, rotation and correspondence education complement each other. The college is located in Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing, where there are many universities, strong cultural and artistic atmosphere and high-tech talents.
