Sichuan preschool teachers college is a public full-time college established on the basis of Jiangyou Teachers College in Sichuan Province with the approval of the Ministry of education in March 2009. It is the first public full-time college in Southwest China to train preschool and primary school teachers. It is located in Mianyang, a famous science and Technology City in China. In 2015, the school and Mianyang Institute of industrial technicians were strongly integrated to implement two brands of one school.

It is the training base of the national preschool dance quality and ability training project, and has established the national vocational skill appraisal institute. The school has the qualification to employ foreign teachers and recruit foreign students.
