Changqing College of Lanzhou business university was established in 2001. In February 2004, it was recognized by the Ministry of education as the first batch of Independent Colleges in Gansu Province, belonging to undergraduate level ordinary colleges and universities. The college enrolls students from all over the country, and the enrollment is included in the national general college enrollment plan.
