Yangzhou University puts fry in Langyue lake and Wenyue lake every spring to beautify the environment and improve water quality. Two days ago, the property service center of Yangzhou University caught before the arrival of the new cold wave. More than 2000 kilograms of silver carp and grass carp were sent to the canteen for overnight processing. They were made into more than ten kinds of whole fish packages with different flavors such as braised, fried and boiled, and all of them were given to teachers and students for free.
