Clinical application of pig skin transplantation on burn wound

The piglets weighing 10-20 kg were slaughtered and dehaired. The skin was soaked in 1:2000 Bromogeramine solution for 15-20 minutes, or sterilized with 1 ‰ thiomersal tincture or 75% alcohol for 2-3 times. Then, under aseptic operation, the skin was peeled off from the fat layer (head, foot, claw and tail were not used), and pasted back on the drum surface of drum skin extractor.
