[synonym] dilaba, shugeda (Miao name).

[source] it is the whole plant of litmus chinensis.

[plant morphology] Melaleuca chinensis

Lichens. Flat on the rock, scaly, grayish green. Sporophore about 1 cm high, gray white, apex cup-shaped, margin serrate, inside flour granular, rough. Spores brown, attached to cup-shaped margin.

Born on the wet rock by the road. It is distributed in Guizhou.

[collection] harvest in summer.

[nature and taste] it is flat in nature, salty and slightly astringent in taste.

Functions and indications: stop bleeding and clear away heat. It is used to treat hemoptysis, knife wound and fire wound.

[prescription selection] 1. Treatment of hemoptysis: xiaolaba Wuqian. Simmer water clothes.

② Treatment of knife wound: small trumpet, tamp and seal the affected area.

③ Treatment of scald caused by soup fire: dry and grind the small trumpet, and apply vegetable oil to the affected area.
