Deciduous trees, 7-18 m high. The trunk is straight, the bark is grayish brown, longitudinally split, and the branches are purple black. Leaflets 7-15, opposite, oblong oblong to oblong elliptic, 4-10 cm long and 2-4.5 cm wide, apex acuminate or acuminate, base oblique, entire, glabrous on both sides or axils sometimes tufted; petioles 3-5 mm long, apex 10-15 mm long. Inflorescence distally bisexual; inflorescence 3-5 mm in diam., staminate in ovary; inflorescence 1-5 mm, staminate; inflorescence 1-5-lobed in axil, staminate; inflorescence 1-5 mm in diam Column 5, separation. It can protect the wound, prevent infection, stop pain and reduce exudation, so as to better control septicemia and shock and promote wound healing. Usage: 1.5-eye fruit bark (endothelium) 2 jin, add 5000 ml water, decoct 4-5 hours, remove the residue, concentrate to 500 ml, add preservatives, high pressure disinfection for standby; can also be further concentrated into oil gauze for use. In the early stage, the wounds were cleaned and disinfected according to the general routine, and then smeared with liquid medicine to expose the wounds. 1-2 times a day. Oil gauze can also be used to evenly adhere to the wound, and then gauze cotton pad pressure bandage. If the wound is infected and there is pus under the scab, the scab should be removed in time, and the drug should be cleaned and applied again; when using oil gauze, semi exposure therapy should be used. Eight parts of the bark and two parts of dried Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were mashed and mixed, then soaked in 60% alcohol for 48-72 hours, and then filtered to remove the residue. When using, the extract should be boiled until it is in the form of thin gel (about 1 / 3 of the original solution), and then it should be evenly applied to the wound after cooling; for wound infection, the pus scab should be removed and then the drug should be applied. ② Treatment of bacillary dysentery

The average healing days were 4.12 days, the shortest one day and the longest 15 days. According to the observation, oral administration alone is not as effective as enema alone. Although the clinical symptoms of chronic bacillary dysentery are easy to disappear, it is slow to turn negative, so it is appropriate to take enema orally.
