[clinical application] ① treatment of chronic tracheitis

One Decoction: take 3-8 taels of Luffa vine (dried), chop and soak it, boil it for more than 1 hour, filter it, add water to the dregs, and then fry it again. The two decoctions are combined and concentrated to 100-150 ml, with proper amount of sugar. 50-100 ml each time, 2-3 times a day, 10 days as a course of treatment. According to the statistics of more than 1000 cases repeatedly verified in different seasons, the total effective rate is about 70%, and the markedly effective rate is about 30%. Luffa stem extract: L12 daily dose of 1200 mg, L14 daily dose of 400 mg, divided into two times, 10 days for a course of treatment. According to the observation results of 93 cases of 4 courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 60-63%, and the marked effective rate was 13-25%.
