[plant morphology] Gentiana scabra
Perennial evergreen herbs, 10-20 cm high. The fibrous roots are yellowish brown. The leaves are obovate, 4-7 cm long and 2-3 cm wide, with blunt apex, narrower base, wavy margin, coarsely serrated, pinnate veins, dark green on the top, long hairy on the bottom, and light color on the bottom. The petiole is 2-2.5 cm long. The flowers are light blue; the calyx is small, 5-lobed; the corolla tube is cylindrical, and the top is 2-lipped. Capsule is narrow and long, 2-valved; there are many small seeds in it. The flowering period is summer and autumn.
Most of them grow on the wet rock wall of stream or hillside.
