, female, Professor, born in August 1964, has successively served as executive director and Deputy Secretary General of Liaoning Provincial Administrative Management Association. His main direction is the research of administrative legal system in the field of construction. Over the years, he has taught many courses and various special lectures, such as the research of China's constitutional system, administrative law and administrative litigation law, contract law and labor law.
