Guo Jingjing, born in Baoding, Hebei Province on October 15, 1981, is a former Chinese diving team athlete, world champion and Olympic champion.
In 1988, Guo Jingjing started diving training in Baoding, Hebei Province. In 1993, Guo Jingjing was selected into the national diving team. In 1996, Guo Jingjing participated in the Olympic Games for the first time and won the 5th place in the women's 10m platform. In 2000, Guo Jingjing won two silver medals in women's single 3M board and women's double 3M board at the Sydney Olympic Games. In 2004, Guo Jingjing won two gold medals in women's single 3M board and women's double 3M board in Athens Olympic Games, which made her a leader in Chinese diving. Guo Jingjing participated in the 29th Beijing Olympic Games and won the women's single 3m springboard champion. Together with Wu Minxia, she won the women's double 3m springboard champion. She is known as the "Diving Queen".
On January 22, 2011, Guo Jingjing officially announced her retirement.
On November 8, 2012, Guo Jingjing held a registration ceremony with Huo Qigang at the mansion on Sassoon Road, Hong Kong Island. On November 11, Guo Jingjing held a wedding at the mansion on Sassoon Road, Hong Kong. On August 27, 2013, Guo Jingjing gave birth. In April 2016, he participated in the recording of "fast forward Season 3". On April 24, 2017, Guo Jingjing successfully gave birth to a daughter.
On January 1, 2019, Guo Jingjing successfully gave birth to a three child daughter.
