Mao Zhicheng

Mao Zhicheng, male, born in 1940, Han nationality, from Beijing, graduated from Beijing Teachers College in 1960 and began to write in 1973. He has successively served as a middle school teacher, an associate professor in the first branch of Beijing Normal University, a professor in the Chinese Department of Capital Normal University, a member of China Writers Association, and also the president of China primary and Secondary Education Research Committee. More than 30 novels, essays and academic monographs have been published.

Comrade Mao Zhicheng died in Beijing on June 29, 2015 at the age of 75.
