Liu Zhen: Syrian representative of komid. On March 2, 2016, the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted a resolution, which stipulates that the member states of the United Nations must carry out compulsory inspection on all imports and exports of North Korea's goods; implement a financial ban; restrict the export of North Korea's strategic materials; prohibit the provision of aviation fuel to North Korea, etc. The resolution also targeted 16 individuals, 12 entities and 31 vessels from North Korea.
