Chen Jingxue

Chen Jingxue (1938.5 ~), male, Han nationality, was born in Wuliting village, Fujiang Town, Xingguo County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. In August 1964, he graduated from Nanjing Aeronautical college, majoring in inertial navigation, and began to work in September of the same year. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1964. He has successively served as political instructor of Nanjing Institute of Aeronautics, director, deputy chief economist, deputy director and researcher level senior engineer (Professor) of no.615 Research Institute of Ministry of Aeronautics (later changed to China Aviation Industry Corporation). He once served as the executive director of the Institute of Aeronautical Research and planning, the Institute of Aeronautical accounting, the Institute of aeronautical research statistics, the member of the Soft Science Research Association of Shanghai Aeronautical Society and the leader of the scientific research management group. He has been engaged in science and technology management of Aeronautical Research Institute for many years, and has made some research on aeronautical research plan, statistics, technology, financial management and science and technology system reform. In 1992, as the executive director, he organized the research of the first generation avionics integrated system flight test prototype in China, and the flight test was successful. In 1994, he served as deputy commander in chief of Shanghai command of integrated fire control system for j-x aircraft. He organized the development of C-type components of integrated fire control system and system integration. His first flight was successful and he won the second-class personal merit.
