Cheng Ruisheng

Cheng Ruisheng is from Shexian County, Anhui Province. Beijing Institute of foreign languages. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1956.

He has successively served as staff member and entourage of the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar, member, director and deputy director of the Asia Department of the Ministry of foreign affairs, counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in India, and vice president of the Chinese people's Institute of foreign affairs.
