He Shen, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1957 in Rongxian County, Guangxi Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1980 and began to work in August 1974. He graduated from the correspondence undergraduate class of leading cadres of the Central Party school, majored in economic management, graduated from the Central Party school with a university degree, and is a political engineer.

He is currently vice chairman of the CPPCC Wuzhou Municipal Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
