Cao Zenghui

Cao Zenghui, senior vice president and general manager of sina Weibo, graduated from Hebei University of technology. He joined Sina in September 2002 and successively served as senior, deputy and chief editor of sina technology channel.

In May 2019, he was employed as a "specially invited observer" by the Ministry of ecological environment.

In September 2009, he joined the microblog team as the operation director, and witnessed and participated in the creation and development of microblog.
He was vice general manager of sina Weibo in 2013 and vice president of sina Weibo in 2015, in charge of the overall operation of Weibo, including user operation system, customer operation, content operation and community management.
