Ni Chao, female, Han nationality, was born in November 1962 in Xiamen, Fujian Province. She was born in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, with a university degree. She started work in August 1983 and joined the party in April 1985.

He is now a member of the Standing Committee of Xiamen municipal Party committee, director of the Management Committee of the free trade zone and chairman of the Municipal Federation of trade unions.

On December 29, 2016, the 15th Congress of Xiamen Trade Union closed, and Ni Chao, member of the Standing Committee of Xiamen municipal Party committee, was elected chairman of the 15th Committee of Xiamen Federation of trade unions.
