Xu Biao

Xu Biao is a doctor of Ming Dynasty. The word Wenwei, Xigu. Huating (now Songjiang, Shanghai) people.

Character experience

Xu Shuzi, Minister of Taiyuan hospital. Zhengtong ten years (1445) was recommended to the hospital, first in the Royal pharmacy, three years later promoted to the royal doctor. In 1451 (the second year of Jingtai), he was promoted to court verdict.

Main works

He has written ten volumes of differentiation and treatment of Materia Medica, one volume of treatise on cough and one volume of treatise on febrile diseases.
