Guo Hua

Guo Hua, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1954 in Wuyi, Hebei Province. He joined the party in September 1974 and began to work in November 1971. He graduated from the Correspondence College of the Central Party school, majoring in economics and management, and has an in-service university degree from the Central Party school.

He once served as vice chairman of Hebei Provincial CPPCC.
