Puho

Puhe (1593-1683, yizuo, 1673), a monk of Qing Dynasty, was born in Jinning, Yunnan Province. His surname was Tang, and his name was Tai. His name was Dalai. Xizong Tianqi (1621-1627) introduced the Ming Scripture into the imperial court. In the Ming Dynasty, when he died, he shaved his hair and became a monk, hiding in Jizu mountain. His legal name was Tonghe, later renamed Puhe, and named Dang. He also visited Chen Jiru and served as an inkstone mat. He was called a corporal.

He was a teacher of Dong Qichang. Many of his poems are broad in content, reflecting his patriotic feelings and unyielding character. Ni Zan's style of landscape is wild and unrestrained, with one mountain, one water, one plant and one tree, all expressing his deep feelings for the motherland. Calligraphy was changed by Dong Qichang. Later, he wrote more grass, which was thin, vigorous, strange, bold and skillful. Shi Tao praised, "it's a great relief to be an old man." At that time, Dong Jiu and his friends were often influenced by his paintings. Its landscape style is vertical, its mood is tranquil, its rhyme is exquisite, and it has its own features. In 1642, Shi Tao saw his paintings and praised Bei Zhi, saying: "this is not the style of Minan palace and Gao Shangshu, but those who know it have their own ideas when they look at the top of the peak..." It can be seen that his middle age has been raised to a state of mutation and sublimation. In his later years, the style of painting was more unconventional, unrestrained and unconventional. Although learning from Dong, Gong calligraphy does not belong to only one family. It is composed in fluency and boldness, with dignified and deep brushwork.
