Xi Jinping stated that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia 75 years ago, the two countries have jointly embarked on a new path of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence, and win-win cooperation between major powers and neighboring countries, setting an example for a new type of international relations and neighboring major country relations. Xi Jinping pointed out that in the more than 20 years since the establishment of the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the United Russia Party, the two sides have carried out high-level and constructive interactions, strengthened the exchange and mutual learning of experience in governing the party and the country, continuously enriched the connotation of institutionalized exchanges between the two parties, and continuously consolidated political and strategic mutual trust between China and Russia. As an important force driving human progress, the two parties need to further coordinate and cooperate closely, lead the correct direction of global governance, gather consensus among friendly political parties from countries around the world, especially those in the "Global South", and promote the world to develop in the right direction.

Xi Jinping stated that on the issue of the Ukrainian crisis, China has repeatedly emphasized the need to adhere to the three principles of "no spillover of the battlefield, no escalation of the war, and no escalation of tensions among all parties", and to promote the easing of the situation as soon as possible.
