Li Wen confirmed that Tsai Ing wen had come to be her neighbor by comparing the villa rental advertising photos with the family photos Tsai Ing wen released after leaving office.
The report said that Li Wen has long been concerned about illegal construction and environmental protection in the community. The owners of the villa have many records of illegal construction in the past.
