White paper on Hainan Free Trade Port Construction released for the first time

In order to show the achievements of the first anniversary of the construction of Hainan free trade port in an all-round way and comprehensively elaborate the main policies and major measures of promoting the construction of Hainan free trade port in the past year, Hainan held a press conference this morning (June 20) and officially released the white paper on the construction of Hainan free trade port (2021). The white paper consists of 65318 words including preface, text and appendix. Among them, the text is divided into three parts, a total of 21673 words, "central care and department support, Hainan's exploration and practice, and the implementation of the overall plan". This paper mainly describes the implementation of the relevant policies and systems determined in the overall plan from 11 aspects: Free Trade and convenient investment, free cross-border capital flow, free personnel access, free transportation, safe and orderly data flow, modern industrial system, tax system, social governance, legal construction, risk prevention and control.

The appendix of the white paper includes two parts: the memorabilia of Hainan free trade port construction and the catalogue of key policy documents. The chronicle records more than 400 major events of Hainan free trade port in the year since the overall plan was released. The catalogue of key policy documents sorts out the names and numbers of 135 key policy documents related to the construction of free trade port issued in the past year.
