Maximum Load Capacity Self propelled Deck Ship for Sea Trial

On December 16th to 17th, under the full coordination and maintenance of the maritime department, the world's largest self-propelled deck ship "Pan Zhou 8" successfully departed from the port and went for a trial voyage in the waters east of Shanghai. On the evening of the 17th, the "Pan Zhou 8" vessel arrived at the trial sea area through the Yangtze River and is undergoing various professional tests

The "Pan Zhou 8" vessel has a total length of 256 meters, a width of 51 meters, a depth of 13 meters, a maximum payload of 58405.4 tons, a range of 16000 nautical miles, and a maximum speed of over 15 knots (approximately 27.78 kilometers per hour)

The ship has strong seaworthiness and meets the requirements of polar regulations. It can navigate in small drifting ice areas and has applied for the G-ECO and G-EP green ecological and green environmental protection ship classification symbols from the classification society. It adopts a series of safety, energy-saving, and environmental protection technologies and is currently the largest and most comprehensive self-propelled deck ship in the world in terms of load capacity

This ship has a wide range of applications, including the transportation of offshore oilfield pipeline frames and platform modules, the transportation of large ship steel structure bodies and sections, the transportation of nuclear power equipment, mining machinery integration modules, port equipment, large complete sets of chemical equipment, wind power generation equipment for sea transportation, and the transportation of packaged dangerous goods required for offshore oil platform production
