On November 19th, the Avita Capital Increase Project was listed on the Shanghai Property Rights Exchange, with the listing period expiring on December 16th. According to the announcement, the qualification requirements for the capital increase project of Avita include: the proposed total investment amount of a single intended investor shall not be less than 200 million yuan; The consortium shall have no more than three investment members and the total investment of the consortium shall not be less than 200 million yuan. This round of financing will accelerate the sustained development of Avita's current operations and future new luxury core competitiveness.
