The theoretical water energy reserves of Jinsha River, Minjiang River and Yangtze River are 1.572 million KW, 917 million KW and 2.144 million KW respectively. The remaining 102 small and medium-sized rivers with a rainfall accumulation area of more than 10 square kilometers have a water energy reserve of 629 thousand kilowatts.
