In 2018, the total industrial added value of Panzhihua was 69.163 billion yuan, an increase of 7.0%, and its contribution rate to economic growth was 59.7%. At the end of the year, there were 325 Industrial Enterprises above designated size. The production and sales rate of Industrial Enterprises above designated size was 98.5%; the main business income was 169.183 billion yuan, an increase of 9.8%; the cost of main business was 145.554 billion yuan, an increase of 6.8%; the total assets were 230.861 billion yuan, an increase of 1.9%.
In 2018, there were 83 general contracting and professional contracting construction enterprises above the qualification level in Panzhihua, with a total output value of 25.552 billion yuan, an increase of 17.3%. The added value of the construction industry in the whole year was 4.707 billion yuan, an increase of 10.2% over the previous year.
In 2018, Panzhihua's housing construction area was 8.6834 million square meters, an increase of 24.1%; the completed housing area was 692400 square meters, an increase of 50%; the sales area of commercial housing was 1.5846 million square meters, down 9.7%; the area of commercial housing for sale was 476800 square meters, an increase of 57%.
