Shimen Xianhu Scenic Area is the first national 3A-level tourist scenic spot in Rongan County, located in Liuzhou, Guangxi. It has high Gorges out of Pinghu Lake and beautiful natural scenery of dark river. The famous scenic spots include Zhennanguan, Shizushan and Longshou Cliff.

The Xianhu Scenic Area in Shimen covers an area of 7000 mu. It is the first national 3A-level tourist scenic spot in Rongan County. It is located in Xinhe and Shimen villages beside Daliang Town. It combines natural landscapes such as Tiankeng cave, Gaoxia Pinghu, Shishan Tuling, Lake Valley and so on. It also preserves humanistic landscapes such as Taiping Tianguo Yiwang Shikai overpass, Cliff stone carvings, Xia Tianqiao Nanfeng Academy site and so on.

The legendary greeting stone gate looks up like an arch several hundred meters high, and the two sides of the gate have a flat mountain wall, open to both sides, you can see that the door is open... It is just fine! This is the origin of the name of Shimen Village.

Cenotes

Entering the scenic spot, besides the vast reservoir smoke and vastness, the underground underground river is cool and pleasant, hiding in the depths of the valley through three pits.

The most amazing thing about the scenic spot is that its caves connect three caves from the underground river to the top of the mountain. It seems that the mountains, the earth and the peaks are loved by heaven and earth, and three wonders of heaven and earth have been opened, namely, Xiadong is famous for the Dongzhong River, and the cave walls of the underground river are decorated with beautiful colorful lights, changing boats, like an underground dream trip, and tasting the fairyland charm of two basketball court-sized "small Tianchi".

The cave is famous for its breadth and height. There is a flat floor about the size of a badminton court in the cave. According to legend, it is in this cave that Shi Dakai meets with the leaders to decide the next March route.

Although Shangdong is not the largest hole, it seems that the strong calligraphic brushwork on the stone still rings the sound of the history of stone carving. According to reports, there are more than 3000 inscriptions in Shimen Cave in Xianfeng and Tongzhi years of the Qing Dynasty, with the most inscriptions in the above cave.
