There are 25900 beds in medical and health institutions and 21100 health technical personnel, including 6400 licensed doctors, 1600 licensed assistant doctors and 9800 registered nurses. There are 6 maternal and child health care institutions, 229 licensed doctors and licensed assistant doctors, 444 registered nurses; 110 township health centers, 1503 licensed doctors and licensed assistant doctors, 1496 registered nurses. The maternal mortality rate was 12.08/100000, and the infant mortality rate was 3.06 ‰. 16 community health service institutions with basically perfect functions have been built, covering 571900 people.
