Neijiang cultural undertakings
By the end of 2019, there are 121 performing arts venues in Neijiang City, including 6 cultural venues. There are 5 museums, 5 cultural relics protection and management institutions, 7 national key cultural relics protection units, 42 provincial cultural relics protection units, 26 municipal cultural relics protection units and 115 county-level cultural relics protection units. There are 1 national intangible cultural heritage list projects and 15 provincial intangible cultural heritage list projects. There are 6 public libraries with a total collection of 877000 books. During the year, 29 new scripts, songs and stage works (programs) were created. More than 200 cultural activities were organized and carried out, including 10 large-scale performances and 6 large-scale exhibitions.
By the end of 2019, Neijiang City has 1 municipal radio station, 1 municipal television station, 3 County-level Radio and television stations, and 107 Township radio stations, with a radio coverage rate of 97.35% and television coverage of 98.22%. In the whole year, 7184 radio and television signal "home to door" construction was completed.
