In 2019, Nanchong will realize a total industrial added value of 62.078 billion yuan, an increase of 9.1% over that of 2018, and its contribution rate to economic growth is 34.6%. At the end of the year, there were 794 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size, a net increase of 46 over the end of 2018. The added value of industries above Designated Size in the whole year increased by 10.0% compared with that in 2018.
In 2019, Nanchong's Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size will achieve operating revenue of 294.768 billion yuan, an increase of 11.2% over that of 2018; total profits and taxes of 26.325 billion yuan, an increase of 2.4% over 2018; and total profits of 22.052 billion yuan, an increase of 13.3% over 2018. At the end of the year, the asset liability ratio of Industrial Enterprises above designated size was 38.6%, 0.9 percentage points lower than that at the end of 2018.
In 2019, the added value of construction industry in Nanchong will reach 31.7 billion yuan, an increase of 10.0% compared with that in 2018. There are 405 general contracting and professional contracting construction enterprises with qualification and above, and the total output value of construction industry is 157.471 billion yuan, an increase of 49.7% over 2018. The construction area of houses was 70.8728 million square meters, an increase of 61.4% over that in 2018, of which the newly started area was 41.7325 million square meters, an increase of 51.1% over that of 2018. The completed area of housing construction was 33.6802 million square meters, an increase of 22.9% over that in 2018; the value of completed houses was 51.526 billion yuan, an increase of 24.8% over 2018.
