Malu Grape Theme Park is located in Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. It is a grape industry base and agricultural tourism demonstration site that integrates grape planting, production, scientific research, demonstration and tourism leisure.
Although Malu Grape Theme Park deviates from the downtown area, it is close to Hujia Expressway, adjacent to A30 Suburb Ring Line, Liuxiang Highway, and connected with Shanghai Outer Ring Line. The traffic is very convenient.
Construction and development
Malu Grape Theme Park is located in the northeast corner of Malu Town, Jiading District, the "Grape Township". It was built in March 2005, covering 30 hectares with a total investment of more than 40 million yuan.
In order to optimize the grape industry, promote grape culture and display the connotation of the scientific development of Malu grape in the past 27 years, in March 2005, the Malu Town Government approved the establishment of the "Malu Grape Theme Park".
Mailu Grape Theme Park is based on 500 mu grapes and adopts modern agricultural facility cultivation technology. It integrates scientific research, demonstration, training and leisure. It focuses on displaying ten landscapes to visitors: lover's vineyard, picking vineyard, ornamental vineyard, water vineyard, vineyard potted garden, vineyard corridor, vineyard popular science garden and grape. Popular Science Museum, Fruit and Flower Garden and Fishing Center.
Malu Grape Park, because of its beautiful environment and complete tourism facilities, fully demonstrates the charm of pastoral scenery and modern agriculture. In 2006, Malu Grape Park was awarded "National Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site". In May 2008, Malu Grape Park was awarded "Shanghai Science Popular Education Base" and upgraded to "National Science Popular Education Base" in 2009. In the same year, Malu Grape Park was also awarded "National AAA Grade Tourist Scenic Area". ".
Since its establishment, Malu Grape Park has attracted tourists from all over the country to visit and study.
On July 8, 2012, Shanghai Malu Grape Festival opened in Malu Grape Park. The Malu Grape Festival has been held for the twelfth time.
