In May 2003, Sichuan Forestry Survey and Design Institute completed the planning adjustment of "Sichuan sandaguchuan golden monkey reserve". The reserve is located in Heishui County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Northwest Sichuan Province. Its geographical coordinates are 102 ° 39 ′ 44 ″ e to 102 ° 59 ′ 45 ″, and 32 ° 05 ′ 57 ″ to 32 ° 25 ′ 28 ″ n.
