The air, water and soil pollution prevention and control were carried out in depth. The air compliance rate was 82.5%, and the annual actual target task was completed; the PM2.5 concentration was 45.8ug/m3, completing the annual actual target task; the proportion of surface water reaching or better than Class III water body reached 100%, the quality of centralized drinking water sources in the city was good, and the water quality standard rate of urban centralized drinking water sources was 100%.
In 2019, the total energy consumption of the whole society is 10.9723 million tons, and the energy consumption per unit GDP of the whole city is 0.5918 tons of standard coal / 10000 yuan, which is 4.63% lower than that of the previous year. Energy consumption per unit of industrial added value decreased by 5.88%.
On July 5, 2019, the Ministry of ecological environment of the people's Republic of China announced the special investigation of black and odorous water bodies in the first stage of overall planning and strengthening supervision in 2019. Dazhou was listed in the "list of cities whose black and odorous water body elimination ratio is less than 80%, and the elimination ratio is 75%.
