Shenzhen Maritime Pastoral Tourist Area is administratively located in Shajing Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen City. It is located at the eastern port of Pearl River estuary in the west of Shenzhen and covers an area of about 1.73 million square meters. Relying on the subtropical coastal wetland ecosystem at the Pearl River Port, it integrates tourism, leisure and vacation, conference training and ecological science popularization. With its charming landscape and changeable layout, it turns a coastal beach into a tourist attraction.

Located on the shore of Luhua Lake, Shengzhi Fake Village and Shuixiang Xinshao have a colorful architectural style. There are more than 200 guest rooms in Shuju, Ship House, Luoji House, Ping'an House, Fugui House, Water Wooden House, etc. There are various kinds of conference rooms, matching tennis courts, chess and card rooms, nightclubs, gymnasium and other items. Agricultural Demonstration Site

Shenzhen Marine Pastoral is a national agricultural tourism demonstration site. The Nile tilapia raised in the tourist area has obtained the certificate of non-pollution agricultural products granted by the Center for Agricultural Product Quality and Safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of China; the tourist area has also obtained certificate of identification of the origin of non-pollution agricultural products issued by Guangdong Marine and Fisheries Bureau; it is the base of popular science education in Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City and the demonstration base of popular science among young people in Guangdong Province. Sangjitang Pastoral Scenic Area

This scenic spot covers an area of 280,000 square meters, which is the epitome of 24 square kilometers "sea pastoral". The original ecological environment of "Shatian Jitang" is preserved here, which shows the eco-agricultural model advocated and promoted by UNESCO, and at the same time presents a beautiful watery countryside and idyllic scenery.

This scenic spot is not only a scenic spot for sightseeing, leisure and entertainment, but also a demonstration base for ecological breeding. In addition to traditional grass carp, silver carp, wheat mud and other species, there are more kinds of valuable fish in the pond, such as eel, yellow fin, flower fish, American red fish, California bass, September bass, lichthys and so on. The aquaculture method adopts the full environmental protection and ecological breeding methods to produce real green aquatic products.

In addition to fish farming, May-August is the peak season for nine shrimps, plaster crabs and meat crabs; July-September is especially rich in valuable butter crabs, and the annual New Year holiday is known at home and abroad around the "sand well oyster" the most fertile season.

Main attractions

There are more than 10 eco-educational sculptures in the Scenic Area of Popular Sculpture of Ecology. Each sculpture contains an interesting little story of eco-environmental protection. Sculpture attractions are: weeping forest, deep howling, interesting botanical gardens, plant cell atlas, chrysanthemum, home seasons, lonely spring, specimen group, beautiful small universe, classical biological chain, etc.

Cultural sculptures have different designs and shapes. They are made up of plants, trees and stone sculptures with unique features.

There are nine sculptures with ecological educational significance in this area. They are reminding and warning people living in the era of modernization and science and technology, protecting the ecological environment and cherishing the home on which mankind and all things depend for survival, so as to have a better future.

Loach River

The Ecological Civilization Pavilion is the theme exhibition hall of the marine pastoral. Inside the pavilion are ten exhibition halls, such as "Ancient Echo", "Vertical and Horizontal Exploration", "Sangji Fishing Pond", "Water Conservancy", "Green Dream", "Plant Factory", "Ecological Home", "Blue Territory", "Ecological Garden" and "Pastoral Symphony". Walking in this space-time tunnel, starting from the source of the Yangtze River and Yellow River civilizations, we stop in front of our ancestors who drilled wood for fire. Eco-popular Sculpture Group

This scenic spot mainly includes ten ecological popular science sculpture scenic spots around the idyllic square, and the ecological popular science stories contained in each group of sculptures. Such as four seasons of home, silent spring, classical biological chain, weeping forest, deep howling, interesting botanical gardens, plant cell atlas, chrysanthemum world, specimens, beautiful small universe and so on. Mangrove experimental base

The southern part of the offshore pastoral is the experimental base of mangrove forest, which is a national 863 scientific research project. It is an ecological scenic spot that maintains the characteristics of Jitang in the western part of Shenzhen. The scenic area maintains the original style of the Pearl River Estuary wetland. Fishermen dig into ponds, cultivate mud as a base, and plant vegetable and fruit trees on the base. Fish, shrimp and crab are cultured in ponds. Reeds and mangroves in scenic spots attract a large number of birds to inhabit. Tourists can boat in mangroves and reeds, and have close contact with wild animals and plants. Scenic climate

Shenzhen marine pastoral scenery belongs to subtropical marine climate. Temperatures are 2-3 degrees Celsius lower than those in other parts of southern China. The temperature difference between morning and evening is bigger, and the air humidity is bigger.

All seasons of the year are suitable for tourism. Although the climate of Shenzhen is special, the pastoral construction on the sea makes it impossible to feel the dryness of Shenzhen during holidays and tours.
