The former site of Shandong provincial government and 115 division headquarters of the Eighth Route Army is the headquarters of 115 division of the Eighth Route Army, Shandong Branch of the Communist Party of China and the birthplace of Shandong provincial government. It is located in Dadian Town, Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province. The total area is 46,000 square meters and the building area is 12,000 square meters. In 1996, it was approved by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit.
From March 1941 to September 1945, the headquarters of 115 Division of the Eighth Route Army, Shandong Branch of the Communist Party of China and Shandong War Trade Union were stationed here for a long time. On August 13, 1945, Shandong Province, the first provincial government of the Communist Party of China, was born here.

On August 13, 2005, the 60th Anniversary Congress of Shandong Provincial Government was solemnly held in Dadian Town, Junan County. From the Shandong War Work Promotion Committee to the Shandong Provincial People's Government, it has experienced numerous ups and downs.
When the provincial government was founded, these buildings were basically complete. Due to historical reasons and poor protection, there were only two halls of old houses in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, namely "Four Halls" and "Juyetang".
